Servicing

• A 2 year product warranty applies from the date of purchase.
• The product was subjected to high quality control and as such its quality is guaranteed.
• All product faults that are claimable under the 2 year warranty will be rectified without charge.
• To make a service claim, please complete the attached service claim form (pgs 10, 11) and forward together with a copy of your purchase receipt and properly packed device (in original packaging) to the appropriate service centre.
• The warranty does not cover faults and damage caused by: manipulation that is contrary to the operating instructions given in the operations manual, mechanical damage, inappropriate storage or inappropriate maintenance.
• The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to quicker wear-out such as light globes and filters.
• Spare parts can be ordered from the listing on pg 8 or 9 from the manufacturer or the purchase outlet.
